Don's
study where he writes is a few metres from Nova Scotia's Bay of Fundy, and twice each day he watches the power of
the world's highest tides carve the landscape beyond his window. It's no wonder, then, that he would eventually write a novel
in which those tides play a major part in the action. That novel, which he's working on now, is a thriller
that takes place near where he lives.
